Kirk Tushaus
With over 40 years of experience in financial services, Kirk has dedicated his career to helping clients achieve their financial goals. After earning a business administration degree from the University of Kansas, he entered the industry in 1980 and later joined ArMA Financial Services Inc. in 1995. He became president and partner, eventually co-purchasing the firm in 2001 and leading its evolution into Tushaus Wealth Management.
Beyond his professional work, Kirk is deeply committed to his community. He has served on boards and committees for organizations such as Notre Dame Preparatory in Scottsdale, the Catholic Community Foundation for the Diocese of Phoenix, and the Roman Catholic Diocese of Phoenix. In 2004, he founded the Arizona Chapter of the Marine Corps-Law Enforcement Foundation, raising over $1.5 million for the education of children who have lost a parent in the line of duty.
Today, Kirk is proud to work alongside his sons, Chase and Blair, continuing to serve families through Tushaus Wealth Management/Health Harbor Financial Planning. He and his wife, Marianne, enjoy time with family and remain actively involved in organizations that make a difference in their community.

Blair Tushaus
Blair joined Tushaus Wealth Management/Health Harbor Financial Planning in 2015, bringing a competitive spirit and disciplined approach from his years as a collegiate football player. He holds an Arizona insurance license and became a Series 65 Investment Advisor Representative (IAR) and fiduciary in 2019.
A former offensive lineman at Brigham Young University, Blair completed his degree in business and history at Arizona State University before earning a master’s in international security from the University of Arizona. He finished his football career as a starter for the 2014 Pac-12 Championship and Fiesta Bowl Wildcat team, later serving as a graduate assistant defensive line coach at the University of Nebraska while pursuing a second graduate degree.
Deeply involved in his community, Blair is active in his church and previously co-chaired Scottsdale’s Notre Dame Preparatory High School Alumni Association. Supported by his wife, Desirae, he enjoys trips to Sedona, playing basketball, and coaching high school football.
Chase Tushaus
Chase, a University of San Diego graduate with a degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering, began his career in aerospace, working with L-3 and SpaceX. Originally from Scottsdale, Arizona, he now leads the San Diego office of Health Harbor Financial Planning. Licensed in California to sell insurance products and holding a Series 65 registration, Chase serves as the firm's Chief Compliance Officer, assisting clients with financial and retirement planning.
As a Certified College Financial Consultant, Chase is passionate about helping families navigate college expenses. His wife, Julia, guides students in academic planning, while Chase focuses on the financial side. Committed to his community, he serves on USD’s Alumni Board and School of Engineering Alumni Council, is an active parishioner at St. Charles Borromeo in Point Loma, and dedicates time to mentoring local youth.
